so riot been on this mission to remove any easy point and click ability and making heros require aim and also make it so they can be counterd if played right... but then there is akali currently whos queen of 0 brain power point and click for massive amount of damage and no way of stoping that damage like.. wtf ? why diden't she get changed in assain rework like leblanc got her just point and click for mass damage removed so..? what the fuck?

Because Akali needed more work then the assassin update could provide.
