If the ultimate ability channel is interrupted, but not interrupted by self canceling, dying, or being CC'd by a enemy champion, reduce it's cooldown by 95%
This is to stop certain trolls, 
in particular, from trolling players by using certain abilities to interrupt their teammates channeled abilities.
(This means you, dirty Ice Pillar abusers)

I'd have no problems if the Trundle were an enemy champion doing it, but an ally doing it is what the thread is about. An allied trundle shouldn't be able to do it.

Also, there are times where one's own team's mistake, such as the case you mentioned, should be punished if not played right. Imagine a Fid doing an emergency ult in the middle of teamfight, and your team's Trundle apparently accidentally knocks you off by mistake with his E.
I rarely see people doing troll crap like Trundle using his E to interrupt his own allies' channeled ult. Even the Tahm Kench W troll is highly less seen around anymore.
