Overtuned? He is already garbage compared to what he was in PBE his win rate is a strong 26% he has half the CC of other tanks and only has one reliable one spell In his Q
Galio isn't really that strong imo. I haven't played him yet, but I played against a few. His taunt seems like his strongest ability. His ult is only strong if the enemies are stupid enough to stay there.
A post like this though is inherently flawed. Everyone knows that he will get his kit toned down in upcoming patches because that's part of the process with new champs. This post is the equivalent of me saying "Tomorrow, the sun will rise and there will be morning. You can flame me if I'm wrong."
And most of their cc has double the length.
Also sion is more of a bruiser than a tank^
Maokai not only has longer CC but his is point and click
Also Galio 'suppresses' himself for . 25 seconds after his ult and you take almost as much time charging E unless going backwards and you go knocking them up AND he roots himself for half the knock up duration.
Probably a small nerf, they aim to release slighty strong so people play the champ
