Eh, I'd say he's hard pressed to beat champs like Illaoi, Jinx, and even Azir for that title

W and lazer rips through the entire team, front line to back line, with absurd damage and slow over the course of 2.5 seconds.

This is done while he is safely in his own back line.

Oh if you want to know the damage just his W + R does at level 18 max build:

Note: W is include because its instant cast and can be combo'ed with any ability, making them essentially one ability.

Life Form Disintegration Ray: 1,256 AP damage Pass stacks: 5

Void Rift 650 AP damage Passive stacks: 2

Organic Deconstruction Total stack: 7 Hit procs: 2 410 true damage

Grand total 1906 regular damage + 410 true damage

2316 total damage (18% true damage)

2316 * 5 = 11,580 damage
