"new to the game? turrets giving you trouble"
the turrets give no one trouble except the people who think they will protect them.
turrets are complete garbage.

A simple solution is to not stand stay in lane with less then 40% health and leave as soon as possible. If your staying in a lane with your health so low that a pre6 champ could dive you and get away with it, your at fault.
I understand that leaving lane gives your opponent cs and tower pressure, but news flash so does dying except dying gives them more gold and more time to damage tower.

you shouldn't be able to dive towers pre-6 without 2 or more people.
you couldn't 2 seasons ago. you also didn't have broken keystones making it much easier to burst someone from 40% in the time it takes for the turret to shoot you once.
turrets damage shouldn't have been lowered. their armor shouldn't have been lowered. their attack speed shouldn't have been lowered.
games are all now a stomp decided in 10 minutes because of these factors. laughable turrets, broken damage keystones, broken itemization
You lose a huge level advantage and CS if you go back at 40% every time you trade with the enemy laner. Which means he will definitely be stronger than you when you return and continue to get stronger until he can blow you up under tower or just takes your tower. Your solution is not practical and isn't done by anyone.
Three things to note,
1.) If you are sitting at less then 40% and your opponent isn't then by all means you lost the trade. The key phrase that I said was if **"they could get away with it" **
If you think that the worst case scenario to their tower dive is that he also dies then it might be worth sticking around, but if you know that he could dive ya and get away with it due to an ability/passive (aka
etc) You are taking an unnecessary risk by staying in lane.
2.)You are correct about losing a lvl and gold advantage by backing all the time, but it should be noted that death causes the same problem, but WORSE. Its just the price you pay for losing that trade or letting minions/tower rough you up to much.
3.) There are ways to circumvent the xp/gold loss.
is a great summoner spell when you feel your in a matchup that will force you out a lot as it minimizes the price for leaving the lane. It sacrifices offensive potential and isn't as great or useful late game, but you shouldn't take those options of you KNOW your walking into a bad match or at least one your uncomfortable with.
Turrets are there to support you. Not to kill your enemy solo.

they don't support you at all. they're just free gold at this point.
come on do you really think the turrets of this season are better than they were a season ago? 2 seasons? 3? no they fucking weren't
and it's good like this.
finally you won't get rewarded for tower-hugging anymore
Early game they protect you. When everyone is level 8+ tanks or champs that are good at killing people quickly can dive you.
You can dive turrets before that with almost anyone and come up with kills. I dive them all the time pre-6 and it's not a problem. The attack speed of turrets is far too low to present any real threat unless you stand there for five seconds.

well considering the meta is champs good at killing people quickly, turrets are useless.
on an adc and they can tower dive you
can all easily tower dive you, and get away handily before the turret's 10 require shots kills them
