Psyrix1 voteslol, Ekko is apparently also good. In terms of midlaners: Malzahar, Diana, Syndra, Azir (gods azir can be a pain), Ahri. Honestly she does have quite abit of counter play, her q and e are thin skillshots (when projectiles)... the e is very slow, and the q is slow on the first cast, second cast is extremely telegraphed so forgives it's speed. Both can easily be dodged by moving perpendicularly to the skillshot (if it's aimed at u). If it's aimed at minions, u need to be parallel to the wave, the splash wont hit u if ur parallel. The E is single target, so use creeps to ur advantage, other than that, the trap form serves as a form of zone control, so don't step on it, it's like a veigar cage, lux e, or orianna ball... don't risk it if ur able to. Other than that, mages that are able to quickly push the wave are a solid pick against her.
