A question to higher ELO Quinn players

Hello community. A silver scrub here.

I love playing Quinn. I've read some guides about her and i have a question:

Which spell do you max second: her E or her W? And, if possible, please explain why. In all of the guides i see people maxing E first, but i just got the feeling that maxing W is stronger, cause of the higher MS/AS, which make kiting easier (and yes, kiting exists in Silver).

Would love some good players to explain what is the logics behind maxing E prior to W.

It actually makes sense. I guess that one can call that a trade burst/DPS, and obviously ADC Quinn whats DPS, while top/mid Quinn wants burst

That's what i see doing, but what is the reason?

E lowers it's CD and give a little bit more DMG, but W gives higher movement and attack speed, also lowering it's CD, so it makes fighting and sneaking objectives a little bit safer. In theory both are useful, but what is the reason for people to prioritize E

if you W over E you deal less damage, W CD is high as it is, no point in lowering it early in the game if ur gona be in laning mode for a while

IMO Quinn needs to stop laning ASAP, in order to use her mobility to snowball other lanes and start ganking and killing people/dragons/enemy jungle/heralds/towers/inhibs. But i can imagine that lowering her E CD would give her more passive procs and more burst and more disengage. Thank you for your answers!

Leveling w doesn't decrease cd of the as and ms since it relies on passive so all you get is 5% as and ms for level. Leveling e gives you 30dmg 1s off cd and a better means of chasing and disengaging than w passive.

Also the lower cd on e let's you be more aggressive since it is such a reliable disengage compared to raw ms.

Not the highest ELO player, but I always play quinn in solo lanes/Jungle and max her E first for cooldown and damage. Can be used for defensive and offensive purposes.
