Why did they hit her E? I don't recall that being a problem in the slightest. Unless this is just a nerf for the sake of proving there's a nerf incoming except it achieves next to nothing.

I think the comment above yours sums this up best lol.

yes, let's nerf the spell that is mostly used for it's utility... this isn't a "nerf" this is more of a "here we nerfed her now shut up!"

This is just a cop out to make us think that they don't do buffs for sales... They are trying to deceive us by doing the opposite this one time...

on the day of skin release

"All PBE changes reverted."

Doesn't make sense since the skin and the nerf are in the same patch XD

I'm still not sure if she deserves any nerfs at all, but at least this is something and we'll see her "op win rate" from there

I just want players to know this: Jinx didn't receive any significant buffs in the past 5billion patches (obvious exaggeration) and so she is "strong" right now simply because her competitors are weak. This is the same jinx as you played against back when she was at a 49% win ratio, if you want to nerf her it'd be best if you did it by simply buffing some of her counters that are weak atm: Corki Tristana Varus
