Time for Nocturne to change

Nocturne is a bit off meta now because he is a power farmer so these are the reasons he isn't that good anymore

1. A full clear of jg wont get you level 6 which is needed for the all important final
2. Nocturne can only dive which makes team fights with him near impossible
3. It is near impossible to carry with Nocturne anymore because he can basically only 1v1 squishes unless really fed

Nocturne DOES NOT need to be OP but I think his abilities need a rework like another ability that is related to a shadow doing area damage so that he can be more relevant in team fights

I like nocturnes R but maybe his W and E could be changed the most

Ideas to the changes of W and E

1. He should still have some form of fear
2. He doesn't exactly need a spell shield to be that good
3. This is a good window to incorporate that area damage for better team fights
4. He would still need a good burst to be able to assassinate adequately
5. Whatever new shadow ability is added should give nocturne a buff while he is inside of it like his Q
