Can we get a faint little number above supports that have Relic Shield, visible to allies only, please?

Reasons

1. It'd help us know if they have stacks or if we need to last hit that cannon; clicking them to read their stats is tedious.
2. It'll remind ADCs that we need to last hit, instead of them clearing through the wave like there's a prize inside
3. It could be made small and transparent enough to be ignored when not relevant
4. Aids with visibility, a goal Riot has explicitly stated that they strive for.
