whats the state of varus
i'm looking for a new adc, varus looks kind of fun. however i havent really seen one all season, i heard he was nerfed but was it that bad?

Unlucky Number72 votesunder appreciated. people think he's weaker than he actually is. he's also a bit counter intuitive since in order to maximize damage you cast your spells after you auto attack.
