Yasuo; Gameplay Update

This is a response to a previous thread on here, and for the record I think Yasuo is currently neither overpowered nor underpowered, so the conclusion this must mean he is "balanced". Well, Yasuo is not healthy for the game, never was, and never will be with his current kit; so this is a response to rather "OMG NERF YASUO PLZ" to a post to actually be a proactive response to create a solution to fix Yasuo while trying to keep his centralized play style (he can slice projectiles out of the air, teamfight well while still being an assassin, airborne Yasuo comps, and a wind bladesman dude).

For Windwall, what I am going to do is make it not a wall of invincibility for 4 seconds, but instead have it as a reactive slice that incoming projectile out of the air spell like it is suppose to be and should have been; so more Windwalls, but takes a lot more skill to use them.

Basic Attack Range: 175 units

Way of the Wanderer: Yasuo's basic attacks and Steel Tempest deal (+0.5% / +0.75%[with Infinity Edge] damage per 1% critical strike chance) increased damage, but he cannot critically strike normally.

Moving grants Yasuo charges, at 100 charges his next basic attack or Steel Tempest deals double damage and consume the charges.

Steel Tempest (Q): Static Cooldown: 4 seconds; Range: 475 / 900 / 375 units Passive: Steel Tempest's cooldown decreases based on Yasuo's attack speed by (0.6% per 1% attack speed), up to a maximum of 66% cooldown reduction.

Active: Yasuo thrusts his sword forward in the target direction to deal 20/40/60/80/100(+110%AD) physical damage, half damage if it strikes more than one enemy at a time. On-hit effects are applied in full to all enemies struck.

Hitting an enemy grants Gathering Storm for 10 seconds, stacking up to two times. At two stacks, the next Steel Tempest unleashes a whirlwind that deals the same physical damage to knock up all enemies hit and clears all stacks of Gathering Storm.

Windwall (W): Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 seconds; Range: 400 units; Width: 300/350/400/450/500 units Yasuo creates powerful wind that travels in the target direction that lasts for up to 0.5 second blocking all enemy projectiles that try to go past the wall of wind.

Yasuo gains 100/150/200/250/300 health as a shield for 1.5 seconds upon casting Windwall.

Sweeping Blade (E): Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds; Static Range: 475 units Passive: Whenever Sweeping Blade or Steel Tempest deals damage to an enemy they lower Sweeping Blade's cooldown by 0.5 second for every enemy struck, increases to 2 seconds against champions.

Active: Yasuo dashes in the target direction dealing 70/90/110/130/150(+60%AP) magic damage to every enemy struck.

Casts of Sweeping Blade within 7 seconds deal 33% increased base damage than the last up to 100% increased base damage.

Steel Tempest can be cast during Sweeping Blade to cause Steel Tempest to deal damage in an area around Yasuo rather than in a line, damage is not halved when more than one enemy is struck in this way.

Last Breath (R): Cooldown: 120/80/40 seconds; Range: 900 units Yasuo instantly teleports to visible airborne enemy champions keeping them suspended for 1 second and dealing 200/300/400(+150%Bonus AD) physical damage, afterwards Yasuo ignores 50% of the struck enemies bonus armor for the next 15 seconds.

Windwall's and Sweeping Blade's cooldowns are refreshed upon casting Last Breath.

This would gut Yasuo. Having to cast Wind Wall to get the shield is very restrictive, and the only reason Yasuo does any damage at all is because of Crits. Giving him the Ashe treatment will take away his early to mid game, which aren't spectacular to begin with unless he gets ahead in lane. On top of that, you've essentially turned the windwall into a Parry like Fiora's W. The only reason Fiora's parry works is because it rewards her for parrying a CC or damage, Yasuo's wall gets to last so long as it is right now because it only eats projectiles, it doesn't spit back damage afterwards. I don't think I would ever want to play Yasuo again if these changes actually happened

Dam Yasuo players are whiney, and he is hardly gutted, he does have better counter play and less bull sht--- but everything on Yasuo is currently severely broken
