Is top lane Lulu still strong?

I haven't seen a top lane Lulu for a while. Is she falling out of favour now, and if so, why?

Solo queue, weak. Duo/team - still strong.

Because although she can do quite a lot of damage when snowballed her primary function comes from utility, which relies on the strength of your teammates.

Feel like she is fairly weak atm, sion and others can shove her out of lane, she brings a lot of utility but is easy to camp, watch any tsm game where dyrus goes lulu he usually gets camped dies a lot or falls behind and cant farm safely. I think there are just better picks atm.

Dyrus has been... off, lately. The second he mentioned Lulu top I remembered him facechecking that bush with the entire enemy team in it.

Yeah his rumble was really bad a few weeks back. He goes on tilt and he just plays poorly even when he knows he will get camped. Balls has been a bit off to, when either of them are not on comfort picks they have not played well this split.

Pick her if you love her and your teammates have good scaling.

She synergizes best on teams with hyperscaling ranged DPS: Cassiopeia Twitch Vayne

Or melee types with high sustained dps (she sets up excellent ganks for these types of jungles/tops): Fiora Jax MasterYi Rengar Riven Trundle

Lulu is a safe pick for lane. Top lane it is hard to beat the hypertanky sustain picks tho. She can be a good mid lane pick sometimes. Think about who on your team will carry you from a damage standpoint when picking her.
