Now that janna has been heavily nerfed i dont see how lulu wont be running rampant in her place, and her kit is alot more cancerous when strong. it may not be now, but her winrate has been slowly rising, and is still rising, since the janna nerfs started. the only support keeping her down currently is soraka, but how long will that last.

In my opinion, if you can make through super early laning on Janna without getting completely crushed, all the changes are net buffs.
