Don't you think that Yasuo is too tanky?
His passive shield + armor pene let him skip armor pene items, and buy tank items - it makes him almost unkillable.

Usual Yasuo build path: Two crit items > Lifesteal > Two items with defensive stats weather it be a damage + tanky combination like SG, or straight out tank item like Spirit Visage.
Oh and the armor penetration only lasts 18 or so seconds, and it only affects bonus armor.

It's called a bruiser build
