every balance change riot has made this season was to buff botlane. assasin rework:crapped half the assasins. tank rework:crapped half the tank items. support item reworks: better support items.

Bot Lane is strong right now because three adcs are ridiculously strong at all stages of the game.
It is an easy lane to gank and offers the most rewards for doing so.
