The only skill from shields is casting them at the right time to block the most damage
So why the hell do most shields in the game last more than 4 seconds, and don't decay over time?

Most shields last 2 or 3 and many of them do decay or have a drawback (like Lux shield being slow and most likely broken by the time the second one arrives)
