Make it so only Vlad benefits from the damage amp.
This would stop him from being a universal problem in competitive any time he's remotely viable, allowing you to buff him for ladder use.
As always, bugfixes/QoL changes on his Q and W would be greatly appreciated as well.

i can already forsee his answer, he was hardstuck in master and is now challenger since the buffs you can decide to believe that it's a coincidance, but i don't think it's a coincidance
