Does the Sorcery mastery increase 2% of all abilities damage?

I mean it would increase lets say garen Q and E and R?

And what about smite and ignite?

And what about Pantheon Q?

Or it only work with magic damage abilities?

pretty sure it increases spell damage whether its AP or AD

also pretty sure it doesn't work on ignite or smite

it works on smite Proof: Smite counts as spell -summoner SPELL -when i build rylais on jungle kayle and smite people it applies rylais therefore treated as spell applies 2%

Doesnt effect smite. Fairly obvious to smite something and see the damage on it being unaffected.
