Team builder needs to be more effective...

It's not even team builder, it's "wait for the first person who plays the role you're looking for so you dont have to wait an hour to play" So why can't we remove blind pick and draft pick (for normals), so team builder is ACTUALLY building a team? Also, if we're building a team, but denying a certain amount of players you find closes your lobby, then why cant we search for a certain champion??
