man made structures shouldnt block sion's ult

there is already enough counter play to his kit, it is very bullshit how an anivia wall/ trundle pillar/azir wall completely makes his ult useless, especially 's pillar is on such a low cd.

if rito is not gonna add counterplay to sion's counterplay, at least make these less bullshit. It is a unstoppable slaughter and there are too many ability made structures that can stop him.
