I once again need to ask high Elo players.....

Why I'm stuck in silver 3. I can carry some games, but I can't every game. Especially after a loss when I'm tilted or when everyone is feeding before 10 minutes. It's been 3 whole weeks and I haven't left silver 3. I can't change my OTP despite what people have advised me because I am terrible with Annie and Anivia after I haven't played these champions after so long. Take a look at my match history and tell me what I can do to improve:

You were in bronze a month or two ago right? Now you're silver 3, so hey that's progress!

Just gotta have patience, progress is happening. It just takes time to climb.
