Please fix Rakan's E!
When playing Rakan you feel cheated when you dont have a 
on your team and when you play against a 
combo you cannot possibly catch the guy. Change it to in between and call it a day.

It's actually ridiculous how much of a difference it makes. You can't be caught as long as she's nearby and none of your engages you ever really commit to if they don't work.
