The mixture of games ending earlier and there being limited counter play to him walking up to you at 480 MS with a gold card during late game is making him a little broken right now.

Encountering him more often than Ahri and Lux combined at Diamond+. Every time this happens, he eventually gets nerfed, because his global is oppressive. Can we hurry up and get around to doing it?
