I called it. Riot, you shouldn't go about changing a champion this drastically when his kit isn't absurdly broken. I'm not saying that he wasn't oppressive or too strong. It's just that he didn't need this much of a nerf. He's at a 41% winrate now. Revert the changes and nerf him in other ways, like reducing his E CD or his W healing. Those would suffice in nerfing his power. These changes weren't thought through.
