im still seeing a lot of katarina's

Because she's so easy to play in low elo where no one knows how to counter. She's also really fun and good at getting head.

People play katarina every chance they get because she is like a 90% ban in low elo.

I take kat every single time she isn't banned, not because she's op or anything, but simply because it may be the only opportunity i get that day to actually use her against real opponents.

Seriously in my elo she is banned every single game, it's frusterating.

Quit selecting her as your champ.

You will see less of her then.
