But why the fuck did you have to include a .3 ap ratio buff to a point blank chum the waters? You do realize that's the version of fizz's R with the least (virtually no counterplay outside of maybe mind-gaming the fizz) fucking counterplay?

This little shit is basically one of if not the best assassins now. Great, I wouldn't mind that if he couldn't just point blank R and insta delete me if I'm playing anything less than a tank or heavy bruiser.

Point blank ult should have been left alone, a buff to the more skill oriented further ults as was done was kinda fine (probably excessive in conjunction with the W buffs he got).
