Between these people thinking taking enemy wolves is more important than defending a turret, them being a duo and automatically getting a free pass to just send reports regardless of validity, and them thinking that it being 'norms' that you can go ahead and ruin everyone else not in your group's game. Then requiring everyone on your team, including one of the duo to agree to surrender is impossible.
