Can jinx have an ap scaling on zap? Or can zap crit again like it did on the PBE?

I just wanted something to spice up gameplay. I don't think an ap scaling would be a gamebreaking buff or anything just an added play style off meta thing. I was thinking like , , and could work well on the build. I started thinking about this when I took my ap runes for lux on jinx accidentally in a match. I just thought it would be a fun thing to do. If zap could crit I would like that over the Ap thing but that is an actual legit buff to her kit so the Ap scaling on zap is enough.
