What's up with people playing Norms like it's ARAM lately?

Summoner 1: So the first botlane tower got destroyed, what should we do now?

Summoner 2: There's no need to have two people botlane. We should send some help midlane to apply pressure.

Summoner 1: Great plan! So who should we send?

Seriously what's up with that? I see everyone gather mid, and nobody has the slightest care about wheter or not the other lanes are getting pushed or not. It's like everyone forgot how to play norms.

Sometimes i see huge waves of minions in either or both toplane and botlane, plus a whole jungle filled with uncleared camps, and nobody bats an eye. Sometimes I AM the midlaner, and i'm left to be the one that has to roam and shove bot and top while everyone faps in midlane.

Every freakin' game is a clown fiesta lately.
