@Meddler, recently you nerfed Yasuo's steel tempest uptime, that was without considering jg Yasuo

Can you change it so the steel tempest that was acquired by hitting the jungle monsters with Q lasted as long as it used to? Jungle Yasuo doesn't have balance problems like his laning counterpart does, I don't see why he should suffer a huge loss of reliability in the jungle because of his laning alter-ego. Please reconsider!
