LeBlanc W range reduced by 1. To compensate, her Mimicked Distortion range has been increased by 1.
Urgot armor per level increased by 0.0625.
Zed's base ability power is now 0.
Zac has become strong in the last patch, which was unintended. His ult's cooldown has been increased to 180 seconds.
URF mode has returned permanently but you will have to unlock it for 5000 RP.
Viktor has seen LCS play and did well. Viktor is not Zed. Therefor, Viktor's W now has a 2.5 second delay before it stuns and his laser has 0.75 second warning particles.
