Warwick Main2 votesThere isn't that large of a gap between silver and gold. If he's duoing with a silver, and you have mid silver mmr you're going to have golds in your games. Usually the golds who are falling out of gold sadly.
statelesskiller2 votesthis matchmaking is actually fine. if your silver you go against bronze silvers and gold. you will rarely if ever go past a division difference. one time in plat 4 earlir this year i went against a master's player. why? because he was on a massive tilt streak and lost about 30 games in a row. and he probably duoed with the diamond in that game

Just go on the op.gg page of the person who's rank is to high in comparison to yours, and check their 'Recently Played With'.
