all HP and AP with a little bit of MR isn't "tank" and you can rank up with full attack speed janna at your rank so it's nothing special

No, please stop. That is tanky-ish, I'll give you, but that build has literally nothing go for it.

Your heals won't be very strong since they scale with AP, you have no real defense since the only MR comes from Spirit Visage, you have 0 armor, and Rylai's isn't doing anything since your Q already slows and both your W and ult are allied abilities.

warmogs spirit visage and some ap/hp items will work. in higher levels of play people will buy actual support items tho.

a off tanky support is ideal. being she uses both mana and hp for abilities, has no escape, no hard cc. and in fights people are gonna try to burst you out so you arent a factor.

based on win rate % the best items on her is something like this:
