The new Top lane meta

I see a lot of people pick only poke champions in top lane like gnar or teemo or pantheon

because there is a shitty runes for tanks so they get rekt so bad by poke champions

Panth not so great against most meta matchups rn since teemo blind, malph well lol, riven stun, jax trades, jayce lol, he kinda weak imo. I think that aftershock op it definitely made Poppy more relivant. Grasp isnt that bad and the support one is fine idk what you talking about since they are literally the same keystones just new names????

Gnar is pretty easy to lane against if your opponent is of equal skill. Sure he has range, a speed up, a slow, both magic and physical damage, and damage that scales with your health, along with some crazy CC from his ult, but if you time everything properly and bait out his jump and dodge his slow he can be dealt with.

Gnar NEEDS to teamfight later on in the game. He's decent at split pushing, but his teamfighting is a huge part of his strength. Pick someone who is more than decent at split pushing and tie him to you, forcing him away from teamfights to deal with your push or punishing him hard when he leaves you alone with their towers.

Teemo is just Teemo, with so many builds that I can't really offer a good strategy to combat him without going into each build, but it can definitely be done!

Pantheon is just a strong early game fighter. If he gets kills and roams he can be an unstoppable snowball of doom, but if he doesn't then he gets outscaled by almost every other top lane fighter in the game. Stall out the lane and build to survive and sustain through his poke, and punish him for any roaming he does.

You say Tanks have shitty runes, but you're really just talking about keystones. Demolish is one of the strongest runes out there and is specifically strong on tanks. Learn your matchups better and you'll do just fine.

teemo ban rate in korea 60% i played him a lot he is OP i won 90% of all lanes except for karma (she is like teemo)

If Teemo is OP then that is the reason he is seeing a lot of play, not because tanks and tanky champs are weak. Poke champs who deal all their damage at once are safer to play. With how dangerous junglers are right now for laners it makes sense that safer champions would be common.
