shes been broken since season 4 and she hasnt been changed since.

morgana basically can cc you and you cant cc her actually unless you dodge her q your never going to be able to kill her

Morgana's bind is one of the slowest projectiles in the game making it easy to dodge, and it is only a root not hard CC, so you're still able to attack and cast. Bait the spell shield, use a magic damage ability to break it before trying to CC, and If she uses her spell shield on herself, then her ADC is unprotected. Morgana's abilities also have long cool downs. Morgana is powerful, but certainly not overpowered. Compare and contrast with other supports that have multiple CCs including hard CC and shorter ability cool downs.
