so iv been winning pretty consistently as of late and my LP gain how lowed. i went from getting 23-31 LP per win to 15-19 per win. iv even been climbing (silver 1 right now) but im still getting so littile LP it almost feels like riot is trying to prolong me getting into gold as long as possible... could some one shed some light on the situation?

Dreadlocks1 votesI could be wrong but b1 s1 g1 p1 d1 give less IP making it more difficult to get the 100LP and rank up to the next tier, I noticed this too when I climbed silver to gold as well. Silver 3 and 2 I made about 20-22LP but when I hit Silver 1, I was getting 16LP. Like I said, I dont know 100% if this is true, I've heard others say the same thing though.
GroundRuleDouble1 votesYou're wrong. You gain LP based on your MMR compared to the tier you are in. So if you get promoted, you'll most likely start to gain less LP until you win more.
Dreadlocks1 votesWell yeah its based on your MMR, but what were are talking about is being @ the "1" like silver 1 gold 1, the LP gains are tighter.
