Most asinine Yorick build Ever !! No seriously you will likely get reported for doing this !
So every now and then you see one of those threads pop up asking for a yorick buff or Qol changes etc etc But really he doesn't need them.
I will present you a build that enhances his major strengths and that is near impossible to deal with for your enemies. However this is a very particular build which cannot be altered that much, both runes and masteries are very important as is the build itself/
With that being said lets look over
strengths first so we can better understand the build which ill explain later.
Has a few Major strengths and a particular weakness and we will attempt to enhance those and negate the weakness.
His main strengths are
Dueling
Pushing/split pushing
Kills objectives fast
His main weakness is team fights, he isn't a very strong team fighter
The build
So we will go for stats and perks which can enhance his main strenghts the most, which could that be well damage and bulk helps with dueling and ofc grabbing objectives But speed helps with his splitpushing and outrotating towards objectives he needs to be strong enough to fight most opponents 1 on 1 Yet fast enough to get out of every sticky situation and pop up everywhere on the map to start lane pushes and put pressure Then simply rush down objectives while your enemies deal with the lane pushes
Runes Lethality reds: these help kill towers and enemy champions as they make your ghouls very threatening Movement Quints: For more speed to kite while ghouls kill or to roam and rotate etc Scaling armor: Simply for added bulk +1 level Scaling MR: Simply for added bulk +1level And scaling manaregen +7 total
The lethality reds and movement quints are absolutely a necessity
Masteries Here we go 18/6/6
We grab the attackspeed and feast masteries, then go for vampirism and more damage in extended fights, finally we grab armorpen and fervor keystone in the other trees we get the movement options and the sustain options
What we want out of the masteries is simple, we want early game sustain to help us lane, and we want as much movement as we can get. But also very importantly we want dueling power and fervor is beast with your ghouls and the arpen is very welcome too.
As you can see we do not have meditate which is why i opted for some scaling manaregen in runes to make up for that Yorick isn't super manahungry but he does benefit from some mana sustain
It is not recommended to get different mastery setup
The items
So with runes and masteries in place lets talk items
the things we want are speed first and foremost, dueling power, bulk/sustain, and pushing power. So without further ado here is the item build in no particular build order, just grab the items as you need them/require them

This build gives you really potent dueling power with the lethality and ad for your ghouls you will shred anyone to pieces and your Q's will hit like a truck
You also have the warmogs in there for sustain so after you get it you never have to back again. and this build also gives plenty of bulk, enough to survive burst damage and to duel most enemies with ease
Killing towers is a breeze especially with ghouls and the lethality they also benefit from and at any time you can setup pushing in a lane by spawning ghouls there or dropping your zzrot Simply spawn ghouls in lane 1 grab more in lane 2 as you dump the zz rot and take your second set of ghouls to get a quick dragon At any time you can opt into pushing 3 lanes at once without having to farm up a set of ghouls 2 or 3 times by utilizing zzrot or maiden
the best part of the build
The best part however is the insane amount of speed you have allowing you to decide what happens on the map as enemies will always be a step behind.
Out of this build you get 25 movement from boots and 10% permanently from runes and triforce So this puts you at 365 and 385 in combat with triforce with up to 60 additional movement from DMP
In river and bush you get another 15
However out of combat you get another +3% and also + 40 from youmous and + 90 from mobi boots with DMP giving an extra 60
That is + 190 movement on top of your 365 + another 15 in river/bushes for a total of 570 increased by 13% making you run at 644 However there is a softcap so it will be more like 600
But i have not yet gotten to the other boosts, the zzrot pointrunner passive, the youmous active and ofc ghost summoner You can run down lanes at almost 1k movement speed, nobody can keep up with you when you do that
The cool thing is that you can setup pushes down lanes and zoom towards the next and do the same literally popping up everywhere on the map to setup lanepushes faster then your enemies can deal with them and if they do you simply rush down a neutral objective
You can also duel almost every enemy and if help comes for them to stop you then you can give em the middlefinger and outrotate them so hard to the next lane/objective and simply grab that.
You see this builds isn't that great at teamfighting, however you can easily flank the backline with your speed if needed. but the thing is, you probablky wont ever have to teamfight as your enemy cannot let you push, they cannot catch you if you play it smart but even if they manage your team will have taken an objective or something else instead so it's still worth. If they try to force a fight on your team, you can setup your zzrot and a bunch of ghouls to push down the lane before teleporting in and helping your team At this point all you have to do is prevent them from backing and your push will give you free turrets/inhib, even if they win the fight. But most of the time you can keep 2 lanes pushing and simply rush objectives as they attempt to force a fight since they have to back off to stop the push
Lategame build adaptations
Technically almost no one should be able to deal with this build, however they might manage to hold you off. In which case you have likely gotten most of the dragons anyway to outscale them. Any dragon makes this build better at what it does best so you will probably be unstoppable by dragon 3 anyway
however if does come down to lategame teamfights somehow you can swap out some items
can be traded for any other defensive choice at that point
can be traded for
in particular if you really need the mr
can be swapped for
can be traded for
Well you get the point, if you need more bulk because you failed to win before 45 minutes passed then you can start to adapt your build to a more teamfight oriented one.
At that point the speed becomes a little less relevant because all the objectives are killed already though keeping some speed will help defend yours Alternatively you can opt to keep your items and attempt backdoors
Conclusion
Well give this a try i'm sure you wont be dissapointed Your enemies for sure will remember Yorick Mori It is likely that they will report you if they haven't ragequit already
So have fun and enjoy
