Did this patch break Heal?
In my last ARAM I noticed twice Heal seemed to do absolutely nothing. Anyone else had this happen?

Azure Hamster2 votesYou know if you have recently been affected by Heal, the next one heals 50% less? Just checking, I can't tell from your post whether or not this is the case.
Kledy McKledFace1 votesmmmm dont think so maybe you jsut got heavy dmgs at the same time heal was applied (theres alot of stuff going on on this map :P)
