Did this patch break Heal?
In my last ARAM I noticed twice Heal seemed to do absolutely nothing. Anyone else had this happen?

Well, healing effects are reduced during ARAM, so that might be it.
You know if you have recently been affected by Heal, the next one heals 50% less? Just checking, I can't tell from your post whether or not this is the case.
mmmm dont think so maybe you jsut got heavy dmgs at the same time heal was applied (theres alot of stuff going on on this map :P)
