From playing Lucian, I know he has weaknesses you can exploit (such as his range and his low sustained damage compared to other ADCs.) People forget about them.

III BAKURYU III 2 votesLOL That requires work and riot already reworked every adc couple of months ago so I don't think they will rework them again. You buff the other ADCs in their mind they will have complains about not just Lucain but the whole ADC DEPARTMENT and that sir is a no no.
I mean look at Graves he got reworked and also they " NERFED" him and hes OP as ever now. So cheer up cause Riot will rework him and next thing you notice he will be a new top laner or jungler for you to try out.
Hencho1012 votesLucian is 100% fine RN, just play fucking Leo and lucian WILL have a bad time in lane. If he uses his E to get in then he gets locked down and dies, but if he walks up then he will take a small bit to get there because of his small range, so you can even go in with leo there and hold the ult untill he uses his E. Lucian is just good RN cuz none of the other ADCs can rly do much vs the new "fuck you ADCs".
