I think tooltip bugs are more likely to get seen if you put them in the Report a Bug section.

I'd like to see Moonflair as much as the next guy, but there was a post about it a few weeks ago, and one of the comments actually stated that if it was on SR, then all of the AP assassins would have to be nerfed in some way, specifically Akali, Fizz, and maybe Ekko.

If they want to put QSS into an AP item, it will have to be one that won't break the game, but I'm skeptical to that even being possible.

Nerfing already weak champions, LOL. Moonflair actually does almost nothing for squishy assassin AP's that die almost instantly whether CC'd or not. The armor is not enough to give you any extra time to live vs an ADC late game and the low AP values make it so you wouldn't be able to burst your target down. Enemy has shield, heal, lifesteal, have maw, and because you can dodge every single of fizz's abilities, you WILL dodge at least one unless you have zero mobility, no zhonya and no peel or just plain bad. AP's already counter Fizz because they can negate entire burst with Zhonya and his CDS are too long to survive unless most of your team is diving back line with you. I have tried the item numerous times and you just plain don't have the damage and the CC reduction does nothing since you aren't a tank and die from .5 seconds of CC.

If you are thinking an AP bruiser build, AP items currently do not support those builds near as well as AD does. The only practical reason assassins would take it is if they were going AD bruiser build with triforce and then tank items like spirit visage like ekko already does. However that option is going to be off the table with the assassin update already. The item would actually be good for the elise, amumu, gragas players and other similiar AP tank/bruiser champions because they can get tabis instead of mercs and still get the CC reduction from moonflair. Since amumu is and always has been sitting at around 54% win rate, it is a fair bet that HE will be getting the nerf bat, along with elise instead of assassins if moonflair were to be added to rift.

I remember the moonflair remark (it was several months ago) and it was back when Riot was having trouble with all the assassins going tank. That comment is no longer relevant.

Why nerf the AP assassins? The item is weak and falls off terribly in stats. Hence 20 AP buff more cost more build path. The assassins get tank stats as a trade off for the option of more AP.
