Every bruiser builds it every game. Its supposed to be a situational item but its not. Its a free shield and magic resist on a good attack damage/armor pen item

Plenty of bruisers don't build it often.

Pretty much every juggernaut doesn't, Xin Zhao doesn't, Warwick doesn't, Tryndamere doesn't, Yasuo top doesn't, Olaf doesn't, etc.

Who said it was situational item? If they did they said "it's situational because it's only good against Aps" too bad there is an ap champ in almost every game
