why would you want to report people with high winrate? how about you just get better at the game.

He's referring to high elo players smurfing on low level accounts and rolling low elo players. Isn't much to be done though, just a part of the game.

So you're saying doublelift is smurfing/boosting in silver. It's Riot Games' job to keep up happy so we spend more money on the game. A lot of people would die to get in a game with doublelift and here you are complaining about it. Lastly, it says you're from EUW, the server doublelift doesn't play on.

any player can create any account on any server...

AyRe CoNteMpT1 votes

hes refering to nothing because he is a noob who has no idea whats hes talking about. if i smurf, surely i would like my smurf to get instantly placed in diamond 1, but no i have to eat thru all these noobs to get there again. well, thats life.

Lich My Ashe3 votes

Yes but it's also true that high elo players do create new accounts for the specific purpose of stomping newer and/or low level players "for fun".

AyRe CoNteMpT1 votes

well then their skill allows them to do so. its part of the game.

dEAdbUs1 votes

80-90% means this ppl are not in their elo and they are ruining other players game. healthy winrate for growing is about 60%, and even that is still high.

dEAdbUs1 votes

i wish i could jump stright to diamond, but nope i must suffer vs smurs

AyRe CoNteMpT1 votes
  1. as far as i know, having multiple account is not a crime. i might be wrong there tho as i have not quadrupplechecked all of the terms of use.

  2. there is ALMOST an equally high chance that you get smurfs on your team and get a freewin. other than that, you can just learn from them and get better.

FHMarshy5 votes

There is nothing wrong with smurfing. How can u tell if a person is boosting?

dEAdbUs1 votes

80-90% winrate? before this players winrate was ok

S H A Y C 03 votes

maybe he practiced really hard and got some coaching...besides, playing against higher skilled opponents only makes you better, so just focus on improving your play.

dEAdbUs1 votes

image its like boxing vs world champion - you'll fall after first hit. here is same, i dont want to play vs diamonds right now.

S H A Y C 02 votes

ROFL! like getting to diamond magically makes whatever champion they play do more base damage???? The only significant difference is they make less mistakes, cs perfectly, and make better decisions. They aren't mythical unbeatable demi-gods with a perma-damage buff to all their abilities. Boxing vs. world champion...that's just silly.

Ziovi2 votes

he just wanted to say that if your opponent is a lot better than you, you will lose miserably without being able to do anything, thus feeling frustrated, not that they actually do bonus damage. And i find his point of view perfectly reasonable. Maybe you will say "the stronger your opponent, the more you can learn", but that's not necesseraly true: sometime you can improve more by playing against someone just a bit better than you. Little steps, you know? Also, none likes to experience frustrating defeats over and over.

Unfortunatly, deadbus, nothing will be done for that, i fear. Hopefully you won't find too many of those people, and manage to enjoy yourself.

S H A Y C 01 votes

Right...it would be nice if you were better than your opponent.. ALL THE TIME...but we have AI for that, if you want easy wins go there. If you're going to man up for the challenge, head over to solo Q. Diamonds can be beat.

When i first started my normal mmr was retarded high and i had diamonds, plats and golds everywhere...and you know what? i got my rearend handed to me quite often...but then again, i also was able to beat them from time to time...and somehow a heavy weight was lifted off my shoulders and my bronze solo Q Elo hell cant win for losing scenario turned into....BUTTER, i mean that crap feels easy now....except heimerdinger...i still hate heimerdinger.

dEAdbUs1 votes

Diamonds can be beaten by Diamonds. Thats why they are diamond. I rly wish to meet them, but in Plat 1, not in Gold 5.

Normals mean nothing I guess, just because nobody take it serious, nobody try hard and push limits.

Btw i was maining Heim for rly long time, and can tell you how to counter him, but to be honest he's not in best spot right now.

dEAdbUs1 votes

Yes? For example Riven's combo Q-click-AA-Q-click-AA-Q-click-AA is insanely hard to do and requires tons of practice, but deals much more damage than usual Q-Q-Q and some diamonds can do it (through hundreds with Riven) while I'm not, and I can't deal same damage per same amount time like Diamonds.

Bah! Don't be afraid of these guys. there is almost never more than one of them in a match, so play safe for a bit, then leave lane and roam for kills....either they stay there and get free farm (which as you are describing them is actually less farm than they would get if you were in lane..since you would be extra farm for them) or they follow you to your team mates.... get yourself and your team fed. avoid them at all costs unless you have numbers advantage, lock them up with cc and feel amazing that you beat a lone diamond smurf.

dEAdbUs1 votes

Easier to say than to do. Roaming toplaner in Gold will be mostly useless, because there is a bad coordination and team communication.

S H A Y C 01 votes

if thats the case why even have a jungle? hed never get a single gank off ever if roaming and ganking was as ineffective as you say it is. i dont know man, sounds to me like youve given up entirely.

FHMarshy1 votes

So smurf can't try out champs they don't know how to play and go back to play the ones they are good with and get high win rates?

dEAdbUs1 votes

There is normals like for the rest people. I think people at least can be polite, and respect lower players. When i created new acc, system asked me: are you experienced, and I answered: yes Im very very experienced. And i still met absolute newbies. I reached 10th lev with just 1 lose. And I dont think this is good - this is not even was fun for me. I wrote couple posts about how unfair this system is, and how newbies are probably suffering.

FHMarshy1 votes

Yet u still created a smurf and play on it? What?

dEAdbUs1 votes

I stopped on 10th lev. I made it because I needed acc on another server. But it was boring to grind 30 lev even with exp boosters, so I stopped.

Drunk Rummate3 votes

if they have 80-90% winrate they wont be in that elo for long. you have to climb somehow.

xMercFox3 votes

Just keep playing man, no need to report smurfs. People "smurfing" will only make you better. You learn the mechanics of someone playing that is otherwise "better" than you are. Take it as a challenge more so than a punishment. "If we only play against/ with people that are of the same or lower than that of our own skill level we can never improve"

dEAdbUs1 votes

How much i need to play? I can have afk or feeder in team, or just lagger who wasnt able to be in teamfight. Same time i can be counterpicked and jungler wont come to help me! Or someone wont ban ekko, and we are going to die. Finally i can just do not win my lane! Wtf! And in this situation smurfs make my chances even lower.

xMercFox1 votes

By saying "just keep playing" I was not setting a finite amount that you need to play to avoid something like this. Saying "just keep playing" is saying that it's just part of the game. Just like you said, afk, feeders, people that lag, people that don't group for team fights, people that don't ward (I might have added that just for myself). They are all part of the game and things you have to deal with. There is no way avoid these things, so just keep playing. The more you play, and the more you rank up, the more serious the players are that you play with, and the less you deal with those issues. Overcome it. As our good friend and pro league player Nightblue3 would say "never blame your team, just find what you can do to help better yourself and learn from every game". Play on man.

dEAdbUs1 votes

What Nightblue3 said when he met Riven's player 2 tiers higher than him on toplane? Probably something like: "@#$%!!! this is not fair!" I cant agree with philosophy "take life as it is." Why i cant ask for fairness? For balance? There is no mods "face diamonds", there is only mods "face equal players." It promised to me and I'm asking for that!

S H A Y C 02 votes

you do realize that just as many times as you face them...they are on YOUR team right? By definition...that IS balance Amumu

xMercFox1 votes

Yep, this Toilette knows what he is talking about

S H A Y C 02 votes

"WINNING!!!" -Charlie Sheen

xMercFox1 votes

Well it is impossible to be two tiers above Nightblue3 and you wont catch him in the top lane ever, BUT, I suppose if he was in that situation he wouldn't complain and report players for "not being fair". I wasn't trying to bag on you this whole time but give you suggestions and a better way to reflect on your games, but if you want to continue to complain I will just say suck it up, its part of the game. There will always be people that are far better than you so long as you refuse to just play games out and learn from them.

AikidoLawnNinja1 votes

When it comes to level 30 smurfs, I really don't have an issue. Once you've ground out your levels, you're familiar enough with the game to actually learn something by facing tougher opponents.

However, the REAL issue with smurfs are the low elo players who can't be bothered to improve, so instead of working to get out of Bronze/Silver, they just make a new account and prey on new players who haven't learned the game yet.

While they're busy feeling all self-satisfied for engaging in an activity that amounts to taking candy from a baby, the true newbies are getting frustrated and giving up on the game.
