Ranked MMR should be translated to normals

So basically what happens is that high MMR people who want to practice new champs get matchmade with silver or bronze players. And it ruins the experience for both sides- these people can't get a good practice off, at the same time stomping whatever comes their way. If this is to be implemented, the unranked (normal) MMR shoud be affected by any MMR alterations in ranked, that means with each new ranked game. Thoughts?

Edit1: I am talking about draft queue, blind pick could be as random as it is.
