? I main Tali and it would make her so much, just, better and "funner" to play if she could have more diversity with her item. She gives up a TON of power for this ability to proc that ability.

Taliyah's Q applies on-spell effects. As such, it doesn't apply on-hit effects (i.e. Spellblade).
Catastrop1 votesYeah his Q is a basic attack. Why you want a mage to have an auto attack amplifying ability is beyond me. Plus even if it did proc sheen effects, it means it's no longer spell and as a result you no longer proc Rylai's, Ludens and the like. She wouldn't even be a mage anymore.

You are asking for her to be nerfed to the ground.
To be fair, she needs to gauge her mana plus she also needs to gauge her terrain. It isn't like her damage is INSANE and she needs to be built with toughness in mind because she will be blown away from anybody that is bursty. She is incredibly weak when she is without her terrain q's that give her multiple attacks and she also needs to get within retaliation distance as well. Unlike with Ezreal, he doesn't need to be within risk distance to actually hurt somebody because his Q range is just so long.
