Advice for silver please :)

I main adc and usually play that(when i get it) but some games my support likes to just sit mid and leave me. I understand ganking mid as support is good and all that but only at good times. Like one game theyd sit mid against a lb for 2-3 mins while im left bot against 2 and they didnt even get the kill. What do i do in situations like that? If i dont move up to farm then my cs falls behind and i lose in gold lead, if i move up to cs i get attacked by 2 and risk dying. Also another situation, where like my support will stand like half a screen behind me. So i feel like im left 1v2 cause both their support and adc harass me while mines far behind me. What should i do? I ask them to please move up and im not mean about it or anything. I ask very nicely like "please move up beside me so im not 1v2ing them" and usually i just get insulted for it. So as an adc what should i do? Should i rely on my support to go half and half with helping me win the lane, or is there something i can do on my own to win the lane. I like to play aggressive but if i as the adc try to start harass/engage i just get attacked by 2. Not sure what i should do differently. So any advice is welcome :)

bot lane is like dancing. you and your dance partner both need to be able to dance to make it work other wise youre just stepping on twos and bumpin heads. looking like idiots.

sometimes you as adc have to play to the style of the support where if they are passive dont go ham if they are being safe dont be hyper aggressive. alot of people play support because they are passive in general arent aggressive in their personality.

i myself would be considered a support main who has played the role since season 2. i can play Alistar Ashe Bard Galio Janna Leona Lulu Malphite Maokai Morgana Nautilus Nunu Shen Sona Soraka TahmKench Taric Teemo Thresh Ziggs effectively as a support.

i can be passive if i know we are in a match up where we dont win lane but need to not lose so we can make it to late game. i know when i need to go ham and create pressure and zone. i know how to body shield and die to keep the gank from killing the adc so they dont lose experience and gold. i know how to dive turret to pull attention to me from the enemy so they pay zero attention to the adc. but i have 2100+ wins.

typically people will rush an account to 30 by co op games and start playing rank with maybe 50-100 normal pvp wins. so they think they know enough to jump into rank and with dynamic queue now being a thing there are people in all tiers that are "boosted" so maybe your support is that player? that sucks i know but you cant do anything about their inexperience.

my suggestion to you if you want to climb and get better and gain elo ( which are things i dont give two shits about) is to learn the fundamentals. practice those in your silver rank games, last hitting , warding, wave control, positioning, match ups/team comps. power spikes, items builds, objective control. how to trade in lane, how to team fight, how to push a lead, how to play from behind. if you master all that you will improve in through time you will climb higher while your noob unaware scared support stays there or goes down to bronze.
