The only reason Karthus jung is relevant is because people try to face tank him and chase him down, gving him 200% damage on his Q.

PhearBunny1 votesI feel like jungle Karthas and jungle Nasus are the biggest problems in regards to champion balance right now. They literally don't do anything except power farm, and win. The most uninteractive and skillless gameplay in the history of LoL, and its ridiculously strong.
