Possible fix for players going past 10 deaths, or reported for feeding
They have to watch their own replay Requires spectating of atleast 15 minutes to prevent cheating the system. It could be a mission and stuff :P

Going past 10 deaths is not really preventable by watching replays, sometimes you get cheesed early or whatever and then just get snowballed, its the way the game works at times. I mean look at big streamer names out there in challenger or dia they go 0-10 as anyone else.
I'm glad you watch streamers and can learn from them, but if they're going 0-10 they're obviously trolling at that point and you can't really take out much from the game. But if this system was put into place; players would be less likely to feed, from the lower level all the way to the end game.
We have to keep in mind that LEAGUE is also a strategy game, based off of Warcraft 3. Replays are one of the best ways people learn from their mistakes; rather than grinding out games (obviously not working if they are inting)
It's just like how you seem to think going 0-10 is "okay". But it really isn't, especially this season and for how long the games been out; including players hitting level 30 running it down mid.
Why not add new features to prevent this? Honestly this punishment would eventually lead to players NOT FEEDING, and overall improving their own gameplay. And the game will be meant to play . . methodically and with strategy . . not mindlessly suiciding into the enemy team.
With the countless 1 shot Heroes in the game.. it is very easy to go 10+ deaths now..
My game yesterday had a rengar that was just waiting in bushes for people to walk by..even in lane.. and he wracked up a good 52 kills in a 25 minute game.
Also.. I'll go 10+ deaths in a game.. but it might be executions.. If I can take a tower but I die by minions afterwards or leaving it with one or two hits on it.. I'll do so and come back and take it out. Looks bad on paper, but at the end of the day, all that matters is that nexus..
I might have died 15 times in the match (6-7 to players).. but those don't matter.. Its all about who has the nexus.

The assumption that going 0-10 is an obvious troll is false. Support bot with an afk will go 0-10 trying to hold lane. A high elo smurf in the opposite lane can lead to an 0-10. Getting autofilled to a lane you can't play can lead to an 0-10.
Forcing to watch a replay for 0-10 will do 2 things. First, how can you stop someone from playing the replay while they go get a snack? Second, it will make people that have a bad start change from trying to win to avoiding deaths....at 0-5, i just stay in base and defend inhibitors.
Forcing to watch a replay for being reported? Who is to stop someone for reporting just to make people have to stop playing to watch a replay?

THIS EXACTLY
Especially that second paragraph..
You already have players that care so much about their KDA they won't leave lane to help you or engage..
It will make players so scared to make plays, they will sit under their tower 0/0/0 while you get the shit beat out of you 2v1 a bush away at river.
right.. because that would make them actually WATCH it?
they would minimize the game and go browse the internet while it was playing...
did i even THINK about this? u cant MAKE someone watch something...
ANYONE who actually NEEDS tom watch the replay to improve would NEVER watch it.
turns on the replay and goes to take a 20 minute shit.
