Playing Kennen mid, allied bottom lane takes their tower at 9 minutes and joins you

You're now denied all but 1 CS per wave, ensuring you have no chance of being relevant in the mid to late game. And that one CS relies on you guessing which minion is ADC is going to attack and stealing it with a shuriken before it's second auto strikes.

Can we please do something about Kennen's inability to CS once his team starts grouping with him, or the enemy team starts grouping against him? This makes no sense. Having to run into the minion wave (and still not having enough damage to kill the caster minions due to 50% reduced minion damage on Rush) is no longer viable.
