she has received nothing but nerfs since season 3 (aside from allowing her to proc passive on inhibs in s4). why is every suddenly saying she is op now? just a week ago, everyone was complaining about vayne. i'm starting to think people on boards base their judgments on lcs/worlds instead of their actual experience against X champion

That being said, I never found her OP but she does have more strengths than weaknesses compared to other ADCs. The only other ADC that compares to Jinx is Tristana in terms of teamfighting, tower melting and good repositioning (Jinx's is more conditional, of course)

Soraka has always been bitched about her rework. Unfortunately, Morello was right - a pure heal bot is toxic. You can't nerf her damage because she has virtually none and if you nerf her healing, she's useless because that's all she does.

Ahurath1 votesI think Jinx is trash to be honest in soloq. Sure she got great damage but she's far to unreliable and depedant on teammates to be sucessful in soloq. I think carrys like Tristana, Lucian, Graves, Corki is far better due to escape mechanics.

I doubt riot keeps tracks of such things but I would bet almost anything that Jinx, who has been out for YEARS less than any other adc besides lucian and kalista) has more penta kills than any other adc. The passive just reks.

Also, people complained about Jinx a while back and then her AS steroid got nerfed early game and her rocket lost damage point-blank, so everyone was like "meh, okay, but she's still really good."
Now we're back to "zOMG OP ONE GUY IN WORLDS DID SUPER GOOD WITH HER"
